Awesome Backpack For an Average College Student My previous backpack got me through my freshman year of college well enough but it certainly failed me in a plethora of ways. I had a very basic, very hot pink Jansport Sport backpack with two large pockets, and two small pockets. Awesome traveling backpack I use this backpack as my carry on and it’s perfect! It can hold a lot of items and it’s great to carry on your back through the airport. The added support traps help in keeping my back from aching when I have it loaded down. I also like the cords on the front to fold up my jacket and store there so if my destination is colder than where I am flying from I won’t have to pull a jacket out of my suitcase once I receive my luggage.
