Awesome I really like this product for situations where I have things to do that make using a large ice bag impractical but I still need ice to help with the pain. I’ve had it for almost a year and a half so I’ve used it heavily and can share my experiences, good and bad.
Absolutely the BEST product on the market for headache pain relief!!! This is by far the BEST product I’ve found in five years of searching for relief from chronic daily migraines! It’s been such a joy to wear. The ice (cubes encased in plastic) stays colder MUCH longer than any other alternative, including gel packs and hot/cold therapy packs. It’s really a wrap, not a hat, so the top of your head isn’t covered. It’s very comfortable and unobtrusive. I’ve even put a knit cap over it and worn it outside.
Headache Hat was a game changer for me! Backstory: I’ve had migraines for over 22 years. About 5 years ago, they turned chronic. Headache Hat changed my life. I know that sounds crazy, but hear me out.
