I like it ok…. Bought this for my husband’s lunch box. Nice looking. Adequate size – although I do wish I had bought the slightly bigger one – today I packed a thermos of soup, a sandwich, chips, yogurt cup and grapes also an ice pack. There wasn’t enough room for a bottle of water. As with the reviews I read – the zipper feels flimsy – so we will see how long it lasts. My Zipper broke after 30-45 days I bought 2 of these coolers, one to have on hand and the other was put to use staraight out of the box.The zipper is already busted, I am trying to contact Thermos about the 1 year limited warranty…BUT it states right on the warranty info card that they will replace/repair etc within 30 days AFTER they receive my cooler…UGH are you kidding me?!It’s ok for a cooler, not enough pockets…the only one is the one you see on the front of the cooler in the picture. I am disappointed with the design of this cooler I am disappointed with the design of this cooler. I purchased this to use as a lunchbox for work (office job) but it does not keep food items cold for the duration I need. Within 1 hour, most food items and beverages have a significant increase in temperature. For comparison sake, its similar to taking a beverage from the refrigerator and leaving it on the counter for 1 hour. In my humble opinion, this is due to the top “zipper free” Veclro (C) latch.
