A hot hopeful! I bought 2 Thermos Funtainer 10 Ounce Food Jars, for my daughters because they like to eat soups and spaghetti o’s for lunch at school. I like that they have different color selections so that I can differentiate the color for each child. I have noticed that food with more liquid stays hot longer than if I send spaghetti o’s because there is not much liquid to keep hot, so they are eating lukewarm food, but at least it’s not cold. Perfect I bought this thermos for my daughter , she started kindergarten and is such a picky eater. It’s perfect ! It’s not too big, not too small , not too wide just perfect. It also fits inside her lunch bag perfectly. She does have a hard time opening it but the teacher or her classmates (who ever sits next to her) helps her out. Perfect for school lunch We have really like this thermos. It is perfect for soup or oatmeal on a cold day or even leftover chicken strips. I will agree that the liquids stay hot longer, but other foods seem to hold up okay at least for a few hours. It only has to keep the food warm for my kid for about 3.5 hours, but I think it would do much longer than that if we needed. I use a bottle brush to clean it and it cleans easily.
