Beautiful cup, doesnât close properly
Customer Video Review Length:: 0:30 Mins Unfortunately the top does not close securely and gets stuck. I am in a bind and needed a mug for a trip. Luckily I found another top that fit but defeated the purpose of purchasing this and using the awesome metal straws.
Great quality! I’ve had one of the early metal insulated cups for awhile, and I love it (another brand) but wanted to order this size because it’s more like a normal drinking glass size. This arrived yesterday, and I washed it and filled it with ice and water. The ice lasted from late afternoon until this morning and there is still ice in it! Still hot or cold. Kept my ice for 7 hours while i continued to add beverage to my cup. Didn’t think I’d love the metal straws but I do, nice and narrow. The sip cover doesn’t lock in the open position, small gripe for as long as it stays hot and hcold.
