I tested with my friend out of doors, and the voice is clear envn we are miles away. I also want to mention that it’s very functional, by providing channel and private code selecting, as well as call and scanning functions. Good tools for outdoor events.
Worked well for event I purchased the Walkie talkies you use at an Open air festival with a range of three to four city blocks. When I received them I was somewhat disappointed as they are extremely light weight and pretty small and the packaging suggested they were for children. Regardless, I put the batteries in which gave them a bit more weight, set them all to the same channel and they worked amazingly well for our needs.
