Satisfied Purchased this because my previous backpack cooler had ripped along one of the shoulder straps. I use it for work on a assembly line where I need to be able to pack both lunch and other things like headphones, phone charger, safety glasses, paperwork, the occasional umbrella, etc. my previous one only had one large pocket where I would end up throwing my food, ice pack and daily essentials in but it kind of grossed me out so this was perfect.
