Unhappy with this product I got this back pack in December and I literally use it every, not only do I use it to keep to keep water and drinks cool but it also stores a decent amount of things. It can hold lunches, books, and even a laptop. It has a little pocket on the back, i use it to put miscellaneous items, like first aid, pens, and phone chargers.
Great product Bag was okay at first but zipper seemed sewn in to close to the material where zipper kept getting stuck that lead to the material separting.Not pleased.Waste of money.Don’t buy.May 8, 2017Received refund for defective backpack and was sent a replacement after new backpacks were made. Used the new one on a trip recently and the zipper held up GREAT.Great customer service.Will buy again.
