Great for Keeping Coffee Hot (But…) Bought this for my campervan trip to Yellowstone National Park. Very helpful for that first cup of instant coffee in the morning. Do note, however, that this device is intended for keeping already-hot beverages hot. To heat lukewarm water to coffee-suitable temperatures takes forever. But for a long road trip with an already-hot coffee it’s great.
Hot, Hot, Hot Coffee.. One thing, it will keep your Coffee hot, you will need to unplug it from time to time or it will Boil!!!!
Love this cup; hate my car. This plug in coffee cup works great and my coffee stays way hotter than I expected. The first couple of times I used it the coffee did not flow from the cup like a normal cup, I had to sip the coffee, being extremely careful not to burn my tongue, lips & mouth. I thought it was a bum deal. Then I noticed a small indentation on the slider & on the lid. When I pushed the slider to the open position, the indentations lined up. With them lined up, I used a stick pin and carefully pushed straight…
