Perfect comfort and excellent customer service. I bought this for my frequent travels. After my first trip (6 nights) I intended to give this a 5 star rating. Loved the comfort and how easily it fit in my luggage. It was easy to use and to fold back away when needed. I did use a pillow cover with it. A few days into my second (week long) trip the pillow stopped holding air so that I had to blow it up again in the middle of the night. I looked all over it to see if there was some damage, but could find no visible damage. I think the slow leak…
