Good Customer Service Got this yesterday and time will tell how this bag holds up. It checks the boxes on just about anything you can think of for a commuter /business backpack. Incredibly spacious and I don’t feel like it weighs me down too much when filled. My only issue I had with this bag is the pictures show a zipper pouch on the strap for a cellphone but what was received did not include this. It’s simply a mesh pouch that is way too narrow to accept a phone(hold up 3 fingers to get an idea how wide it is)…
Good but heavy I love all the compartments and how it’s easy to access my laptop when I need to go through security at the airport. However, though this bag is good for long travel, it’s not as good for day to day use. It’s a bit bulky and a bit heavy without anything in it. So, I think it’s a great bag to take as a carry on, that can fit under the seat in front of you but not so great for daily office use.
Smaller compact backpack for Business I like my backpack. I have had it for almost a month and used it on a couple of business trips. It is a little smaller that my OGIO backpack, but so far everything I have fits adequately. It is very compact and efficient as far as getting in and out of the different sections. I have Pre-TSA so I do not have to use the open laptop feature, but if I didn’t that would we a helpful feature.
