Perfect for my needs. To be clear from the beginning, a Whelen or Federal Signal light bar this is not. For a paltry sixty dollars, however, I’m not sure it’s fair to compare this to light bars of the thousand dollar variety. Law enforcement officers need that upper quality level dependability. If theyâre chasing bad guys through traffic in the rain, they need to know that their emergency lights arenât going to fail at that moment, and they pay a pretty penny to ensure they wonât.I, however, didnât need…
A great light bar for the money Update: After looking at a couple of ways to restore the suction cups that came with this, I was able to get them to stay on, and quite well to. I can’t pull any of the mounts of the glass by tugging at it. I also managed to trim off just enough of the aluminum on the mount where the screws slot into the suction cup mount to allow the light to sit flush to the glass on the back of my truck. After using this thing every day for the past couple of weeks it’s still holding up and is quite visible…
Great product Over all great product, did not like the suction cups had to reattach them multiple times a day. But the hard mounts fit perfectly using the headliner push pins and I ran the wire behind interior panels too finish out my install.
