Good Shirt But Not For Me Medication I now take makes my skin extremely sensitive to the sun. And I do mean âextremelyâ sensitive. I ordered the Vapor Apparel UPF Long sleeve Solar Performance T-Shirt that the site says has an âup to UPF 50+â. I received the shirt, put it and another shirt on and went out to walk my dog. The second shirt I left unbuttoned because it was warm out. Later in the day I noticed my chest was itching â big time. The Vapor T-Shirt did not give me the protection I needed.
I was surprised that the shirt actually works blocking the … I was surprised that the shirt actually works blocking the sun as well as it does. I use it in my very large backyard garden it does trap some heat but the benefits of sun blocking are what is important. The proof is my hands were showing sun burn vs none on my arms. Of course I now spray my hands with a sun blocker and use a a very wide brim hat I am now sun burn free.
210lb 6’1 long arms good fit This UV shirt fits perfectly I’m 210lbs 6’1 and I usually have a problem finding shirts with long enough sleeves. I also like the fact that it is kind of snug around the shoulders and chest but around the stomach and arms it’s a little bit loose which is perfect for my build. Wore it to Aquatica and it dried in about 10 minutes as I was walking from ride to ride. After a full day of being in the sun I had absolutely zero burn beneath the shirt. I would definitely recommend
