Not as good as the older Breeze 2 – buy the old ones!! I just put 886 miles on my Breeze II (non-GTX and they are now dead) and comparing this new boot to the old boot here is what I find:1. Right off the bat, not as comfortable as the old ones. – The foot bed is thicker and softer on the old boots.2. More arch support in the old boots. – The new boots seem rather flat by comparison.3. These do not fit like previous Vasque boots I’ve had These do not fit like previous Vasque boots I’ve had. I’ve had several pairs of the 2 (as opposed to the current 3). And these are much tighter on the outsides of my feet. I’ve been doing 600 miles a year in the old ones with no problems. But I can’t hike more than a mile or two before these start to hurt significantly. Is anyone else having this problem? I can’t believe they’d change the fit that much on the same model/line.
