Great knives usually-not this time! As a Bering Sea commercial fisherman, we swear by the Victorinox brand and I expect nothing less than the stellar performance we fisherman get when using these knives. Though I was going to order by a company in Tennessee, I saw that this deal was slightly better in price. I am I sorry I did; stick by the “you get what you pay for” saying. Great Knives, Left-Handed Peeler Fantastic knives! They are sharp with excellent handles and dishwasher safe. I also recommend victorinox chef’s knifes with the Fibrox handles.One con for about 90% of people: The peeler is ‘left-handed’ as far as i’m concerned (but maybe i have poor peeling form) You can use it in your right hand, but you have to either peel towards your body (a bad habit for a knife shaped object), or on the bottomside of what you’re peeling (cutting blind).
