Poor design not to Victorinox standards This has to be one of the most poorly designed and made Victorinox products. It looks and feels cheap, and the design of the shoulder straps is atrocious – they are too small, and the cutesy design for the strap cinch is terrible, coming undone too easily and the strap is way too long. The padding on the laptop sleeve is also subpar.
Slim, compact, and great craftsmanship I love this backpack. It is perfect for train travel and a daily commute. My old backpack had a lot of depth and would get caught in turnstyles or bump into people. This is so compact that I rarely see these issues. That said, it doesnt store a lot of large items like shoes. You need to choose wisely with your contents. The craftmanship is superb you can tell it is high quality. Well Designed, Compact Backpack — A Great Value I bought this for occasional use on a local train system, but have ended up using it all the time in place of my briefcase due to it having many more compartments for storing small items, and very good room and padding for my MacBook Pro 13″ and iPad Pro 12.9″ units.
