1. Which batteries are compatibles?
A: Per unit has to be powered by 3*AA batteries(normal) or 3*AA rechargeable batteries. All the batteries AA on the market are compatibles.

2. No voice.
A: please make sure if the volume is adjusted to the minimum. You can simply put the “up” or “down” button to adjust the volume.

3. Theses 3 units couldn’t work together.
A: please make sure if the two characters (ex. 3 01) on the screen of the units which you want them to work together are totally the same. If they don’t work together even if all the two characters are same, please email us.
