5’7 @ 160 lbs. Just got it in and tried it on… perfect fit! I can still fit my thermals under, but already super warm/hot. By the way I’m 5’7 and weight 160. I got a size X-Large
They’re just good for holding objects Warmth/Protection:I wore this in -5 degree weather (and during a snow storm) and I didn’t feel cold at all. Except for my hands of course. The pockets don’t have much protection from the cold at all. They’re just good for holding objects.
