Choking hazard! The rubber mouth piece comes off very easily! I bought 4 of these for my kids age 10,8,4 & 3 for their upcoming school year. I noticed right away that the mouth piece was rubber and may be a safety issue for my smaller kiddos. I can not believe how easy the piece comes off. My older two were complaining that their was coming off after taking a drink. As a concerned mom who does not want to risk a choking hazard, I removed all of the rubber pieces (the water bottle will still work) and ordered new lids from an outside company to replace the…
Not for a Toddler For an adult or older kid, this bottle is a great deal and the quality is great. I also loved the color. I really wanted to keep it but I bought this to keep my toddler’s milk and water cold. 1) It leaks a lot if she tips it upside down with the straw open, which is inevitable and 2) The mouthpiece comes off really easily. It’s definitely a choking hazard that is stated on the package but not on the product listing.If you come out with a product with a better mouthpiece, let me know.
Good bottle My biggest complaint is that I ordered the blue and was sent orange. And I don’t have the time to deal with returns and replacements.I like the idea of the paracord handle but for my case it was a hinder than a help for the gym. So I removed it and I’ll keep the cord around for something else so not a huge deal. I like to use the carabiner instead so I’m happy both were included.
