Superb Looks and Just Downright Functional I wanted a stainless steel flatware set that had several attributes. It had to be modest, practical and above all functional. Knives are serrated! I bought set this last week as the reviews tended to be very good. One reviewer liked the flatware but was disappointed the knives did not have serrated edges. I was concerned but ordered them anyway. When my set arrived, lo and behold, they DO have serrated edges. And they cut very well. I haven’t tried steak yet but they did great on chicken, pizza, and pork chops. The serration is very tiny, much more so than most knife sets, but it is definitely there and very effective.
