Poor service I have been using these for awhile now and they have been fine. This last shipment was defective and Whirlpool wonât honor a return. Bad service. I just found out after months of installation the number 1 filter has been leaking in my crawl space. For some reason it seems to not seal up at the top of the unit like it should. I gave a poor rating due to bad customer support on Amazon and Whirlpool. Iâm out $45 and a rotted shelf.
Make the water quality even worse I bought filters to make faucet water cleaner to drink, but these filters just did the opposite thing! I purchased a water quality tester to test the tds(total dissolved solids) among faucet water, filtrated water and bottled water. Of course the bottled water is the purest, however the water after filtration was worse than faucet one. Thatâs redicilous! How could that be? We tried to contact the seller but no any response. Thatâs how they do the business. I highly recommend not to buy this…
Fresh, clean, convenient water for a good price. We’ve been using this system for years.This water tap is mainly for drinking, cooking, coffee, ice tea, Camelbaks, and to refill the dog water.The filters make water clearer and taste 100% better.Maybe some of the owners are using the filters past the recommended date and/or gallon useage?We replace ours everytime we replace the filter on the fridge.
