Sturdy 440 stainless is a good blade material. My question about bolsters was not answered. It made me hesitant to order this knife because G10 handle material, alone, could prove to be fragile. I ordered this, anyway, and found that it does have ferrous metal bolsters; so I am happy. I will downgrade my rating after use if the knife does not hold up, but I don’t foresee that. Awesome blade design paired with a plunge lock! I already have a couple of knives with this unique Boris Manasherov blade design, the Boker Wildcat and the Timberwolf Tactical Karambit. When I saw that the Black Lynx had a plunge lock, I knew I had to get this knife! It came with a really good sheath, but I’ll stick with the pocket clip. The 440C blade came razor sharp and the blade flicks open and closed very easily, just by pressing the plunge lock.
