1)Hot Water Method
Put it into the boiled water for 10 minutes, not steam in the pot. Wipe the surface water, put it into the pouch, towel or cloth.
2)Microwave Method
Flatten the gel pack in microwave, based on intermediate level about 60 seconds. If it can not get your dream temperature, you can microwave it more 10 seconds a time. But do not over heat, it will cause burst, so please be care for the heating time and heating methods we referenced.)

Designed very well – easy to use This icepack is designed very well! Easy to put on, wide velcro strap attaches in the back of your knee. I have only used it cold, but it works well. I just keep mine in a ziploc bag in the freezer so it is clean and ready at all times!
Perfect for knee injuries! OMG – this little thing is absolutely fantastic! I injured both my knees in a car accident many years ago, and have tried all sorts of ice packs – and usually fell back to using a bag of peas, because it could encompass the whole knee. This thing does the job, and stays in place! You can walk around, and not worry about taking off the ice pack. Love it! Will be buying another.
LOVE this ice pack for my knee. After getting a total knee replacement this month, I had purchased some other ice packs, which were about TEN TIMES as large as these, and TEN TIMES HEAVIER.
