Not only therapy for the wrist! Very sturdy strong material which will last a long time. Also a good strong Velcro which holds nicely so you don’t need to Readjust constantly like the cheaper ones. Also I like the that it is like an Ace bandage style so that means I could decide where to place the the wrap not only on my wrist( I use it for my elbow) it does come with a thumb hole so if you plan on using it for wrist it’s even more convenient.
