Good starter kit I just started tying the decorative knots a short time ago, and this little kit was perfect for learning. The buckles are ONLY good for decorative purposes though (and the only reason I didn’t give five stars), don’t expect them to hold if you get snagged by a tree limb or a sneaky mammal. The 550 paracord is great for learning new knots, and I have since retied them into sinnets that I take camping with me for general purpose stuff. So, yeah, exactly as advertised for a decent price.

Wonderful Product My 8 year old son made all five bracelets for stocking stuffers. I started the bracelets for him and burned the ends but he did the weave. The cords were as described. I would add to the instructions: don’t over-tighten the weave or the final product will be too stiff and will distort. Also, I found it helpful to build a simple loom to hold the two ends in place while weaving the paracord. And, finally, don’t cut the ends off until you make sure the bracelet fits the wrist for which is was…
