Meet the original YETI the Tundra. This was our baby. Where it all started. Where we took our frustrations with cheap coolers and over-engineered the hell out of them. Great for short trips or single overnight camping. Another outstanding product from yeti. Purchased this after hours of cross shopping based on the fact that all other coolers are compared to Yetiâs Tundra. You will find countless claims like âJust as good as the Yeti for less moneyâ and âTests better than Yetiâ, but you wonât find claims comparing to other brands like Rtic or Pelican. Good small volume cooler for camping Still experimenting with getting the right balance of ice and packs to ensure several days of cold. Works for a good 24-36 hours with no problem, but more than 36 and it all melts. This is a good volume for 2-3 days of camp meals, snacks, and drinks for two people – hoping to get to the point where we can eat out of it for three days without replacing the ice.

So we did and this one was purchased on Warehouse Deals in “good, used condition” at a cheaper price so why not.
