Doesn’t seal properly and leaks Doesn’t seal properly and leaks no matter how tight I screw on the top. Epic fail for any liquid container. This would be a horrible choice for storing beer as it would go flat instantly.
Highly recommend this to anyone I’ve looked at multiple different double walled water containers. Originally got sucked in on the 20oz Yeti but the price was hard to swallow. Then I ended up with an RTIC 30oz and was blown away. Then I needed something larger with a screw on lid that would allow me to travel more, enter this Zell growler.
Lid fails on this Growler I bought this and it’s just not up to snuff. For the price you can find other ones that are a little cheaper with better functioning lids. The lid on this doesn’t fit right. If you are strong you can crank it down and get it to be spill proof, but my wife couldn’t get the lid back off. I had to get a towel and fight to get it off myself. I then looked at the interior part of the lid and I could see little bits of plastic getting shaved off on the threads of the cap. Apparently the specs are off…
