One of two filters were defective. One of these filters (two pack) were clogged, which took water an excessive amount of time to filter. A thorough rinse and inspection was conducted multiple times before uutilization. If it were possible to send back a used product, I would have. I’d highly recommend better QA. Will likely utilize third party sale next time.
Replacement filters for ZeroWater I like ZeroWater. You can check the TDS (total dissolved solids) in your water. I like these filters, but they’ve gotten smaller over the years and this means you have to buy more.You are also supposed to be able to send these back, but the company doesn’t explain how, and tstehat makes me a little sad. (no, I’m really not an environmentalist, just would like to see this work correctly).I highly recommend the ZW (ZeroWater) system.
Beware! These filters are defective and do not appear to be genuine Zerowater filters I’ve been using Zerowater filters for around 3 years. They’ve always been dependable. These are NOT. I do try to order ahead of need and so ordered this set of 2 filters in September, though I didn’t need to start using them until early December. The first filter leaks and it has nothing to do with the O-ring which is intact and in place. The ‘spare’ simply cannot be screwed into place.
