Zojirushi stainless steel Vacuum insulated mug keeps beverages hot or cold for hours with a tight fitted flip-open lid. The easy-to-clean double layer nonstick coated interior enhances durability and provides greater protection of the stainless steel against salt-containing beverages like sports drinks. The 2-step lid release process prevents excess condensation on the stopper from being flung off when the lid is opened. The lid also contains a safety lock feature to prevent the lid from accidentally opening. The air vent on the mouthpiece allows beverages to flow out smoothly, preventing any gushing or overflowing. The bottle’s wide-mouth opening is 1-5/8″ (4cm). a special manufacturing technique was used to make the body lightweight and compact for easy and convenient portability. All parts are made of BPA-free plastic and stainless steel.

The only brand you will ever buy. I had to write this review. Just very simple. You put hot coffee in it at 6 AM and at 4 PM it is still warm enough to enjoyably drink with an air temp of around 55F degrees. No joke. My last one lasted over 2 years and I washed it in the dishwasher. Get the non painted one if you are not going to hand wash it and don’t want the paint to chip after 2 years or get the stainless non painted one. Don’t waste your money on the ones from the stores.
Extremely Well Designed Zojirushi is known for making high quality thermoses. This one is a great purchase, with some very mild reservations:Pros:* Keeps liquids hot for surprisingly long periods of time.* Easy to hold: not too wide or heavy. Great, unless you need a lid… I got one, and liked it so I got another. But after a couple months, the lid lock tab broke, so it could not be closed anymore. Per the manuf., the lid is not warranted, but they did send me one gratis. New lid worked fine for month or so and broke again, and the second one i ordered broke in the meantime as well. Not heavy use, average 2-3 days a week, fill and carry to car, where it remains until carried back in the house. The closure that breaks is thin plastic material so seems likely…
