Good bag for smaller applications, has a grid pattern to slow the movement of liquids, during sealing. We try to get bags that have an absorbing strip inside the bag, these did not advertise they have one, and they do not, however, one side of the bag has a diamond grid pattern that does the same thing, slowing the movement of liquid as the bag decompresses.We have tried these so far with bulk ground meat, and the blood slowly worked its way up the grid and could not get to the sealing portion before it sealed.Size wise, these will safely hold about 1.5 pounds of burger,…
