novelty tool not for real work Neat little shovel / tool but it is light duty capable only. If youre a regular camper or outdoorsman then buy a sturdy tool like army surplus type.
Tiny shovel This thing is small…You can almost fit it in a pocket. Would be good to give to a child so they can dig worms or in the sand, so they can carry a folding shovel like dad carries. That is of course when dad or Mom buy a real folding shovel. I actually bought this for use as a visual prop on a military golf cart I am building, so this small size will work perfectly for what I am using it for! That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. Now if someone made a mini Jerry can….lol
very compact, easy to pack and fit anywhere. Smaller than I thought it would be, but feels pretty solid, and easy to pack up and fit anywhere in the included case. there is some wiggle room in the head when it’s all the way tightened, but I don’t think it will affect the performance. This will be a great little shovel for cleaning out fire rings, or leveling a small area for your camper tires, but don’t plan on using it for any large tasks, the shovel head isn’t much bigger than a garden shovel.
