They all have a 3-day toggle switch on the end of the light – position 1 is bright, click again for dim, click again for strobe. There is also a push rubber like botton. Opening it was easier Got it the last day! It took almost 2 month for those small flash lights to arrive! On first sight, I thought those lights to look flimsy.
