Inspect the entire length before cutting After cutting the 100′ cord into 5′, 10′, 20′ and 50′ lengths, I came across several flaws in the cord while bundling each length. I don’t plan on using it for supporting my body weight. The next time I order paracord I run my hands over the entire length to inspect for flaws and cut my lengths to remove any flaws. I’ve attached a picture of the worst flaw that wound up being on my 20′ section.

Great boundary marker, long enough to circle the entire site. This rope worked great on my last camping trip. I brought it along to use as a for ridge line for a kitchen fly, but decided not to put one up, instead i found neighboring campers were rudely walking right through my camp site and even walked up to my tent as if to look inside.
