very useless first, it has a fixed focal length, no adjustable zoom; second none of the claims of ruggedness or mil standard panes out in reality; after a single use of bird watching during light hiking the lens element carrying the reticle shifted 90 degrees; use is otherwise cumbersome, straps slip lens caps fall off etc. etc. I am quite confident that this is one of the worst pieces of optic equipment in the known universe.

Best binos hands down at this price point and beyond HOOWAY! Best binos hands down at this price point and beyond. I have some brand name beyonds and the glass, feel, focus and on board compass and measure make this an excellent purchase and piece of equipment to have whether for sea-legs or shooters. Thank yous to thereviewers before me and I hope this may prove helpful.

Extremely Clear Optics & Easy To Use Very clear optics and easy to use almost right out of the box. Built very durable and very user friendly. It took a few minutes to figure out how to calculate distances but that was an operator function issue. The only “slight” drawback is the UGLY yellow carrying strap that attaches to the binoculars. I would highly recommend these binoculars for any general purpose.
