Doesn’t emulsify I purchased this to make my homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing. However this shaker will not emulsify the olive oil and vinegar so I had to do it in a bowl with a risk. So it did not work for me. BTW, don’t put in the dishwasher, melts and shrinks , kind of humorous but not.
Smaller than it looks, can’t really mix batter in … Smaller than it looks, can’t really mix batter in product, flour stays at the bottom, very hard to mix in container, save your money.
WARNING, will shrink if placed in the top rack of dishwasher. Never got a chance to use mine since I decided to clean it via my dishwasher before using it for the 1st time. Upon removing it from the dishwasher (top rack) I discovered the bottle had shrunk and its bottom had become misshapen where it would no longer stand on its own, see pictures. Very disappointing should have come with a warning like; HAND WASH ONLY. Will be purchasing a glass model ASAP!
