I received my grow tent today and when I was … I received my grow tent today and when I was putting the poles together I noticed I had a faulty bar that does not have a tapered end to slide into the adjoining pole. Im waiting on a response to see if I can get a replacement part before I return the product to the seller.
Leaks light, bad zippers, floor tray is a joke Good frame but poor otherwise poor construction. the I have light leaks at all of the seams. From purchasing other tents that were truly light proof i expected no light leaks. At every seam there is light leaking out, i see it coming from between the zippers and almost anywhere there is stitching it leaks light. It will all be fixed with, but don’t expect a high quality tent. I’m sure i could warranty it and mess up my cycle but its not worth the loss in productivity. Also the floor…
Great tent!!!! Great customer service. I definitely recommend cool grows to anyone! Best tent for this price range hands down. The mylar is very reflective and tha canvas is thick and super durable. Even better than some more expensive brands. There are Tiny pinholes here and there but once again i find that they exist on more expensive brands also. Ive had it for about 2 weeks but i just assembled it last night.(Got it 03/20 and assembled 4/1) and i realized the tent arrived with hole in the bottom. Maybe happened during manufacturing because the packaging was not affected…
