Only 4×8 mylar sheet I have found, but pricey This is the only company I have found selling a 5×8 size, and that is a big deal to me. This item works fine, just like other reflective sheets. I have read that other brands of reflective sheets tend to flake off their coating after six months of shelf life. I have not found this to be true. AMK sells good stuff that holds up, but it is more money.
Heatsheets are great! I have to say that Adventure Med Kit and SOL have the best survival blankets out there. I like the space that the two person has, it would be a little snug for two small to med size adults. If you have the money they have one that will breath and not build up moisture as this one will. For the money, this is a great value and is one of the most durable. It can be reused, and is surprisingly durable for a space style emergency blanket. Thumbs up all the way!
This thing saved my life… I never travel without at least one of these. Needless to say, a couple of years ago I got caught in the most unpleasant survival situation: sick, wet, freezing, and not able to travel in the dark.
