Diane Torbenson says:

Mine would not stay at a constant temperature. Directions … Nice product and great customer service.

Calixto E. Deveza says:

Good product, except…. Works, only complain is that its missing a small screw to close the battery compartment, hence the 4 stars, otherwise its a 5.

A Perfect Solution for Traveling with Chilled Meds. Just got mine today and set it up right away. Really works great! Plugged it in to charge the battery and to begin to chill it down as a test, and it didn’t take much time at all for it to reach 42 degrees. I kept it plugged in to keep charging the battery, and it maintained that temp every time I looked in on it to check the battery level. Perfect solution for my upcoming travel during the winter, and it should be even of better use next summer.
