All pros, no cons This chair is perfect. It is extremely comfortable and provides great support. The foot rest adjusts relatively easily and makes it a good fit for tall and short people. I was slightly hesitant because of some reviews stating it was difficult to get in and out of the chair with the foot rest attached and also difficult to detatch the footrest completely. These are both false.
I am the smartest person in the world for buying this chair! I am sitting here in my Alps recliner at my campsite a year after I bought it congratulating myself for the hundredth time for making this choice. I sweated over it researching in the extreme. So many chairs have people who love them and many who hate them. I don’t see how anyone would not love this chair. I am picky and have back issues. I have to put up with some discomfort in most indoor and outdoor chairs. This chair is heaven. The hammock part of the seat is just right so that my weight…
Wow – Feels Like a Hammock! I tried a lot of these fold up and carry chairs. And, I sure wish I could get one that I loved that weighed less than 10lbs. But, here I am loving this chair and I’m just going to have deal with the weight. The only other contenders were 7lbs so it’s really only 3lbs extra. I thought about it and for me it’s worth it.
