Great economical puffer jacket – compare to name brands and you’ll be surprised This jackets is quite nice and nearly identical to other similarly designed jackets from “major” brands. I bought a 32 Degrees version as well and they are virtually the same in terms of fill (the exception is the hooded vs. non-hooded coat, which Amazon Essentials also sells). A word of advice when determining size IF you are planning to layer: I am 5’3″ and very petite – the xsmall was a little tight under the arms when zipped and moving around (I had on an Amazon Essentials…

It ISN’T going to keep you warm in a Vermont winter or skiing. It probably is not going to keep you warm once the weather drops to freezing either.
