Amazingly soft for something this thin I already have a memory foam mattress topper on my bed and only bought this to tie that down to the mattress and prevent it from slipping off(something that happened often enough to make it annoying). I did not expect anything from this but it made my bed a lot more comfortable considering that it is not very thick. It also does a great job of keeping my other mattress topper in place

Dead bug in the stuffing! Ugh! I gave this two stars because the quality is fine, but I’m super grossed out. I opened it up and noticed a dark shape in the stuffing, so I shined a light underneath of it–definitely a dead insect of some kind. I’m too grossed out to rip it open to see what it was, so it remains a mystery. But I’m not impressed with my waste of money. I bought the Amazon Basics brand because I’m a Prime member, and I trust the Amazon brand (having purchased it previously). This is not cool, Amazon.

Well made! I have a solid mattress and wasn’t looking for an overkill mattress topper. This fits the bill. It’s well made and very soft but not too think. It does make my mattress a bit warmer but I think its acceptable. One thing I also like about this topper is it has fabric on both sides. Some toppers use a cheap paper cover on the bottom that rips easily but this looks like it will stand the test of time.
