but not like the all gel ones Ice packs stay cold, but I was looking for something that stayed “squishy” even when frozen. These freeze hard and are flexible, but not like the all gel ones.

NO Directions come with product. I recommend heating for 30 seconds check heat another 30 check until you find the ideal temp. Each microwave is different it seems. So start out carefully. I find my higher level microwave I heat two of these stacked not side by side in two 2 minute times. If they start to puff up with air it’s going to be hot enough. Occasionally some spots are not as hot as others. I work by kneading the gel gently to destribute the temperature better but that’s it. Since seller offers no directions only warnings you are on your own in that DIY department so just use common sense. I started out with…
