Obviously this was a minor error but it’s great to have the issue resolved so quickly We ordered this for a camping trip that we thought we might get some rain on. Unfortunately when we unloaded the gear it came with three top poles. We were fairly bummed out but got lucky that it hadn’t rained. I emailed the seller and after providing some pictures they sent some new poles to accommodate us. Durable, multifunctional, lightweight This item was purchased to be used as rain cover for a camping trip where the weather was going to be very wet. I bought it specifically to cover the area we would be eating and cooking in, to help keep it dry. This cover worked perfectly for what I needed. Great product at a great price! We were looking for a tarp to take with us car camping, to offer shade or a dry place under which to cook or hang out.
