Stiching at all handle attachment points unraveling after only 2 months of use. A 24 can cooler should be designed in a way for the handles to bear that kind of weight. Unfortunately, after only 2 months of use, the thread attaching the handles to the bag are badly unraveling. AO should be field testing their products and redesigning as necessary so customers like myself don’t have this experience. Double or triple stitching would have helped at the handle attachment points. As it is, I have this cooler that does a great job of keeping contents cold soon to be with no way…

Great when they don’t leak I have purchased 5 or 6 A/O coolers of various sizes over the last several years. The 24 pack deluxe with side pockets (love these) I purchased on March 2016 was the most recent. Book Bag Design I couldn’t tell from the photos, but the zipper top closes like a book bag, not a rectangular cooler. I thought it would be to large for a daily lunch or dinner bag, but it works well. I can’t compare it to other soft sided coolers as I haven’t bought any others but the construction seems very sturdy.
