BUYER BEWARE Buyer BEWARE. This product is not waterproof from the external environment. The product is marketed as this is a waterproof bag – It is not!!. If there is any water on the ground it will get absorbed into the insulation, thus making the cooler useless and heavy. I did try and get customer service to help with my situation. Customer service did not and could not offer anything to help out. no return/exchange or credit. I am thus needing to find something else that works for my situation…
