Warm and dry = happy kiddo! Warm, dry, and just the right length for boots. A little large in the waist, even when adjusted, but that left plenty of room for extra layers. These kept my son comfortable for a week of skiing in 4 – 14 degree weather with no complaints!

A good fit My 11 year old daughter is very slim. The 10/12 are a bit loose in the waist with the adjustable tabs at the tightest setting but that is ok because she will have layers under them. The length is good for her, but again, she is small. She has not yet worn them in the snow so I don’t know how they perform in terms of water resistance.

Run large and long The pants were fine for the price, but they were way too big and long. I have an extremely slender 10-year-old, and he was swimming in the 10/12–even with the waist cinched as far as it would go. He’s also tall (90%tile), yet he was still walking on 3″ of the bottom hems. We have ordered the next size down and will send these back.
