The running hydration backpack is made of nylon fabrics which can be water resistant, thus keeping your belongings of running hydration backpack dry and cool in the rainy day. Adjustable Chest / Shoulder Straps

great for cyulist and joggers Any Hydration pack will work buy I wanted high visibility, since I share the road with cars. I received it in good condition all looks fairly standard, left and right holes for the drinking tube though I am left handed I prefer use of right hand but like the option to change it regardless, make sure you wash the bag though most people tend not to read that part, there was not heavy plastic smell (some times I expect that) but the pack its self is fairly sturdy though the pocket is not…
Works & includes the bladder Paid $16.99 for this item AND it did include the water bladder as shown in the picture and item description. That was probably a huge misleading issue for many of the shoppers before the price change.Used it for EDC. Didn’t really drink from it, but the cold water in the light weight backpack helped cool me down in the 100F heat (still that hot at midnight) until it gradually warm up to ambient temperature.Cleaning it is not as easy for me as the instruction indicated…
Very impressed! I bought this for my daughter to use during marching band practice, in Florida. I didnât want to spend a bunch of money on one that will be used for a season. It is very lightweight and we have experienced zero problems with it.
