great for cyulist and joggers Any Hydration pack will work buy I wanted high visibility, since I share the road with cars. I received it in good condition all looks fairly standard, left and right holes for the drinking tube though I am left handed I prefer use of right hand but like the option to change it regardless, make sure you wash the bag though most people tend not to read that part, there was not heavy plastic smell (some times I expect that) but the pack its self is fairly sturdy though the pocket is not…

Works & includes the bladder Paid $16.99 for this item AND it did include the water bladder as shown in the picture and item description. That was probably a huge misleading issue for many of the shoppers before the price change.
