False advertisement Says up to 44 inch waist. I am exactly a 44 inch waist and this thing doesn’t even come close. I mean not close at all. A good 6 inches off. Not going to return it because i damaged the packaging and i can still use the gel packs when laying down. Still disappointed in the false advertisement though.

Since the material is so soft, it’s fits comfortably around my waist and I can sit in the bed or sleep without any problem.
