Quality of the bag and there nicely padded shoulder and lower back. This bag material is really nice I liked it. I usually use the bag to place my lunch box and snacks for which I felt its too small to hold it. It doesn’t come with any padded pouch inside to hold the laptop but the walls are padded. I mean there’s no partition inside. The back straps and the shoulder and bottom of bag are nicely padded. They have a small pouch at the back of the bag which would be handy and this bag has a back strap to hold on to your carry on trolley in please. Hope it helps…

Good backpack. Easy TSA screening Loved this so much I bought another one. It survived hurricane Maria and we all had backpacks on our bags going around for months after the storm carry everything you can imagine. I go to the office with it, camping…you just name it. I also did a bit of traveling with it as my personal item. The laptop area is very convenient and easy to access your electronics for easy TSA screening. I’d highly recommend this bag.
